Privacy Policy

Who we are

Techno Tronics Limited, trading as ZYBUX, is registered in the United Kingdom at The Grain Store, Innisfree Farm, Great Missenden, HP16 0RE. We sell our own products through our website and marketplace stores (including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Temu, Shein, AliExpress, and TikTok Shop) and process customer order data to fulfil, ship, and support those orders.

What personal data we collect

When you place an order with us, directly or through a marketplace, we collect the personal data needed to fulfil it: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, and order/payment reference details (we do not store full card numbers — payment is handled by the relevant marketplace or payment processor). If you contact us for support, we also keep a record of that correspondence.

How we use your data

We use your data only to process and ship your order, handle any returns or customer service queries, meet our legal and tax obligations, and keep accurate business records. We do not use your data for marketing unless you have separately opted in, and we never sell your personal data to third parties.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, on the basis of: performance of a contract (fulfilling the order you placed), legal obligation (tax and accounting records), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention and customer service).

Who we share your data with

We share the minimum data needed to deliver your order with our courier partners — Evri, DPD, Parcelforce, Royal Mail, and Amazon Shipping — solely to generate labels and deliver your parcel. Where you ordered through a marketplace (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Temu, Shein, AliExpress, TikTok Shop), that marketplace is also involved in processing your order under its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with any other third party, and we never sell it.

How long we keep your data

We retain order and transaction records for 6 years (72 months), as required by UK VAT record-keeping rules under the Value Added Tax Regulations 1995 and by the Companies Act 2006's accounting-records requirement. We do not keep personal data for longer than these legal retention periods require.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us to: give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, delete your data (subject to our legal retention obligations above), restrict or object to certain processing, and opt out of marketing communications. To make a request, contact us using the details below — we will respond within one month, as required by law.

How we protect your data

Personal data held in our order and inventory systems is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption, with encryption keys managed securely and never stored alongside the data they protect. Access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it to process orders, and our systems are reviewed regularly for security issues.
