ZYBUX Stock App - Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the ZYBUX Stock app ("the app"), a stock, order, printing and picking tool for businesses that use Linnworks. The app is provided by Techno Tronics Limited, trading as ZYBUX ("we", "us"), of The Grain Store, Innisfree Farm, Great Missenden, HP16 0RE. Contact: info@zybux.co.uk. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

1. What the app does

ZYBUX Stock lets you view and manage your own Linnworks stock and orders from a phone, tablet or Windows computer: browsing inventory, changing stock levels, editing SKUs and suppliers, printing labels and invoices, creating pick lists and tracking picking and packing.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password and any PIN safe.
You are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
The account holder (Admin) decides who is invited and what each person can do. Give people only the access they need.
You must be at least 18, or be using the app as part of your job for a business that has agreed to these terms.

3. Your Linnworks account and data

The app connects to your Linnworks account using the permission you give it. Changes you make in the app (stock levels, SKU and supplier edits, printing, picking, processing orders) are sent to your Linnworks account and are your responsibility. Please check important changes in Linnworks. You must have the right to use the Linnworks account, sales channels and data you connect. Linnworks is a separate service with its own terms.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app. In particular, do not try to access another business's data, interfere with or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.

5. Printing

Printing uses a helper program on a Windows PC connected to your label printer. You are responsible for installing it, keeping its settings key private, and checking that labels and invoices are correct before they are sent out.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running and to update it regularly, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during updates or when Linnworks or other services we rely on are down. We may change, add or remove features, and we may update these terms. If we make an important change we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, sales, stock, orders or data, or for indirect loss, arising from use of the app or from errors, delays or outages, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 if you have paid nothing).

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from My Profile. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. What happens to your data afterwards is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law of the place where you live gives you other rights.
